14 Office Assistant II job at Tanzania Revenue Authority (TRA)


Key Responsibilities will include
1. To distribute documents to respective offices.
2. To collect and forward mail to Post Office.
3. To move files to and from registries.
4. To open office doors in the morning and close the same in the evening.
5. To carry out photocopying and binding of documents.
6. To assist in organizing for pre-meeting arrangements when needed.
7. To distribute mails internally to respective offices & staff.
8. To duplicate documents, such as circulars and other publications.
9. To circulate files and documents internally to respective staff.
10. To prepare and serve tea and refreshments to staff and during meetings and workshops.
11. To perform other duties assigned by the supervisor.

Qualification Required:
National Form IV Certificate with passes in English and Kiswahili.
The candidate should have attended training course in Office Assistance or Cleaning or Office Management or equivalent conducted by VETA or any other recognized training institution.

Preferred Language Skill : Swahili and English
