Job Summary

Altezza Travelling Limited is seeking a qualified, experienced, and motivated Tanzanian to fill the position of
Executive Housekeeper at Aishi Machame Hotel. The role involves overseeing daily housekeeping operations,
ensuring high cleanliness standards, guest satisfaction, and team efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

Supervision and Training

• Supervise, motivate, and train housekeeping staff.
• Conduct daily briefings and assign tasks.
• Provide training and coaching.
• Monitor performance and provide feedback.

Quality Control and Inspection

• Inspect guest rooms and public areas.
• Report maintenance issues.
• Ensure handling of lost and found items.

Operational Management

• Prepare schedules and allocate duties.
• Manage inventory and equipment.
• Coordinate with front desk and maintenance.
• Handle guest requests and complaints.

Administrative Duties

• Maintain records of room status and attendance.
• Assist with budgeting and cost control.
• Ensure compliance with regulations.

Qualifications

• 10 years of housekeeping experience, with 5 in a supervisory role.
• Leadership and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in English; Swahili is a plus.
• Familiarity with housekeeping software is an advantage.
